I found studying to be almost pointless unless it was math or science... One if you don't learn and absorb it in the classroom, its unlikely that reading it 500 times will change that too... and plus with science we were always dissecting shit so i would study the organs of what we were dissecting so i could pass... since it counted as a teat grade.
