Week 4 of Art Culinaire, where we plate dishes from Thomas Keller's French Laundry. Fun little dessert. Baked meringue, that's hollowed out, and filled with a chocolate mousse. Topped with a chocolate tuille round, in a bed of creme anglase with dots of mint infused oil.
