i have two fox tails. i bought them from a celtic faire. i wear them occasionally.
part of me hates me for getting them. but part of me feels that if someone wasn't to buy them/use them, the foxes would have died for nothing.
but i'm not against hunting... just against wasting.
i drew moko witht he tails, because if i were a fox, i'd look like that.

My friend, who is, in theory, a fur bought a coyote tail from a Ren fair once. I think he thought along the same line as you. He said the lady who sold it to him was dressed as a monkey or something else similar.
On a happier note, I really like this picture. Especially the little curls at the end of her jeans. <3
