I don't recall if she was on here or not. She had an account on either here and/or Deviant Art.

I just checked...she doesn't seem to be on Deviant Art ...so I believe, but found out she goes by the name Spunky, and has this website http://toonapalooza.net/ which is down at the moment.

I checked her name here...and there is a spunky member here, and the art looks like hers, but evolved. I just saw a picture with a similar expression to the one on the picture of my character.
