Not entirely convinced by my colour choices here - it seems somehow rather drab :-\ Maybe I could go over the membranes with a nice emerald green... but I'm a little worried it could end up a disaster. Hmm.

I'd agree about the colours - they're neither vivid enough to stand out well, nor dark enough to match the evil/gothic feel of a lot of your artwork.
However, this is still a very nice piece, and I fin dmyself really liking the pose of the dragon - it fits the circle theme very well.
