Wow, I actually finished a series of stories, even if the second half is just a complete mess near the end. You'll see when you get there. I hope you'll still like it though ^^
Inside the macro cat's mouth stood a pale human being. His eyes were a fiery red, his hair was spiked up. It looked like it could stab someone. The pale male grinned down at Ryan, showing off his small fangs. What made the boy shout is how much this pale human looked exactly like him, except for the extremely pale skin, overly spiky hair, red eyes, and fangs. Other than that, the face were similar to his.
The teenager slowly stood up, good thing that fall didn't severely damage him at all. One odd thing he noticed is how still the cat was, most would find it hard to keep their mouth open for that long. Also, no muscle has moved even an inch since the pale Ryan stepped onto the tongue. The real Ryan looked back to the pale version of himself, "What's going on? Who are you?"
"How unsurprising that you don't get it. You never were bright. I am the awesome side of you, but you hold me back because you're scared of what I can do. I am sick of staying in the shadows, I want your body! Sadly, I can't take it unless you willingly give it up. Let me take over your body, or you'll die." The pale Ryan sat on the edge of the mouth, legs swinging outside. Ryan thought about it, he never knew he had an awesome side. Honestly, it was more like his evil side. That guy certainly did look evil to him.
Eventually, he does shake his head, "I won't let you take it!" he shouted up. Evil Ryan narrowed his eyes as he stood up. He walked back into the throat and jumped down into it, causing the giant cat to come back to life. Terrence stood up to his full height, making Ryan regret his decision quickly, "Um, maybe we can come to an agreement. It's not like I really need it..."
Terrence crossed his arms, grinning, "I knew you were too weak to stick with it. There is only one agreement I'll accept: you have to stay in the shadows while I have full control of your body. Then, I can do everything you wanted to but couldn't. I can make you popular at school and in the furdom. If they aren't willing to be my friend..." The cat snaps his fingers, setting his hand on fire. An evil grin appeared on his face as he placed it on a building, setting it ablaze with a laugh. Ryan could feel the heat coming off of it as he backed away.
"You're going to hurt them?!" shouted Ryan in surprise. The fire stopped, showing the building as nothing but ashes. The human looked up at the cat, "You can't force people to like you! That's not how you make friends."
"How would you know? You haven't had a friend since Dustin. Besides, my way sounds so much fun!" The cat pulled his leg back before punting Ryan into the air, making him scream as he flew, crashing through the wall of a building. He lands in an empty room on his back, his whole body in pain. The teen was just glad that this world worked different from the real one, otherwise he would have died by now.
Terrence peeked into the whole, "Wow! I kicked you pretty hard!" Ryan rolled his eyes as he got back up, is it really worth all of this just to keep his body? It's not like he has anything to live for. Still, who knows what his evil self will do with it? He may just be the annoying troll on the Internet, or he could grow to be crazy and kill everyone.
Why should I care, thought Ryan, they wouldn't care if I died. Maybe they deserve to die. He grabbed both sides of his head. He can't think that way, especially now. The giant feline notices and punches through the wall, grabbing his player. He pulls him out of the building.
"Yes, let your hate grow! They aren't worth the suffering I'll put you through. Let me own your body, I'll make you some new friends, or else. Isn't that what you've always wanted? Someone to be with so you wouldn't feel so alone." Suddenly, the world around him transformed to the school cafeteria. Students were chatting, laughing, swearing, telling stories, and overall just enjoying the company they are with. Ryan tried to touch someone, but his hand just went through the person. He spun around, looking at all the individuals. He knew the names of all of them, and wanted to be friends with most of them too. The teen dropped to his knees, staring at the ground. Once again, the feeling of loneliness washed over him. Just one friend is all he wanted, was it too much to ask?
The world changed back to the street, Ryan back in Terrence's hand. He felt a gentle pat on his head, "I can help you. You won't even have to do anything, just sit in the back of your mind and watch as I run your life better than you could. What do you say?"
The nearly-nude student thought about this proposal for a bit. This is a huge decision to make. He could either die from his own evil that he had hid from everyone, including himself, or give up his own body. The evil Ryan seemed to know what he was going to do with it, he has a plan. The real Ryan doesn't, he just goes with the flow, resenting his lonely existance. There was only one decision to make, he decided, "What do I say? I say you can just fuck off."
Instantly after his reply, the hand gripped him tightly, making Ryan scream loud, probably the loudest he ever has screamed, "Wrong answer!" The grip slowly continued to tighten, threatening to break every bone in his body. Oddly, a small grin formed on Ryan's face. Terrence saw it and growled at him, "What are you grinning about?"
"You are just as lonely as I am, and you're acting out on that loneliness. You're frustrated, angry, but mostly at yourself. In response, you finally decide to take action. You chose the wrong action, the one that will make you hated even more. If you really want to make friends, you have to actually try to make people see you're worth being friends with. I realize now that I haven't tried at all to make new friends, I just expected people to come to me. I was hiding away, just like you're hiding now."
"Hiding? Hiding?! I'm not hiding!" shouted Terrence angrily in response.
"You're hiding in Terrence, controlling him to do all of your dirty work. I didn't think of it before because you distracted me from thinking about it, but I see now that it isn't really Terrence, it's you."
"Gee, thanks Captain Obvious. Tell me something I don't know. Do it soon too, because I can feel your rib cage about to snap!"
"Did you know this; I have as much control in this world as you do. I wasn't pulled into some fantasy land, I was somehow pulled into my own mind. Since this is my mind, I'd say that gives me as much power as you do, except maybe more since I'm real." Terrence grip as tightly as he could, but there was no sound of pain or breaking bones. He opened his hand to see Ryan was perfectly fine, the little human was even smiling, "I think it's time for me to win," he said before snapping his fingers.
"Win? You can't-" started evil Ryan, but he fell onto his knees, dropping Ryan, who slowly fell to the ground to land on his feet safely. The giant cat got on his hands and started to cough harshly until the pale being of evil got coughed up onto the ground, trapped within a hairball.
Terrence rubbed at his throat, "Excuse me," he said in a gentle tone before looking around, "What happened?" he asked before looking at Ryan and at the hairball. He picked it up, blushing, "Oops, I almost hit you with this. I would have put you into a hairy situation."
Yep, thought Ryan, this was the real Terrence. He smiled, "It's fine, though you should get rid of that." Terrence nodded, waving good-bye to the human before running off with hairball in hand, "That's that dealt with, now how do I get out of here?"
The macro cat returned, noticing that the little guy was lost, "Need some help?" he asked. The human looked up and nodded. Terrence smiled and picked him up, "I'll help you out," he said cheerfully before walking out of the city. Once his foot stepped out, the numbers zero and one popped up all around them. The cat walked up to one of the zeros and slipped Ryan through the center of it, "Good luck out there."
Ryan slowly opened his eyes, looking around to see his parents and a man in a white lab coat above him in his room. He slowly leaned up, waiting for his vision to clear up before attempting to stand. He was wobbly, but he made it to his feet. The man and his father began speaking, but were drowned out when his mother hugged him tightly, starting to cry, "Oh my God! Thank God you're alive!"
"A-alive?" asked Ryan out of shock.
"I saw you in your room, and you were just lying on the bed. I went to go check on you, and on your nightstand was an empty bottle of anti-depressants. I got scared and called 911, and thankfully you were saved. We didn't think you'd make it at first, but you pulled through in the end." She stopped talking and hugged her son tighter, making her son gasp for air. The mother let go, "Son, if there was something wrong you could have told me."
The teenager just looked around, soon looking to the nightstand. He reached for the empty pill bottle, "Strange, I don't remember taking these, or even having them." He placed it back down and looked at his mother, "I'm sorry, I didn't think anyone would help me. I promise, I'll come to you next time." He gave her a reassuring smile and a hug, letting go quickly to sit on the bed, "May I be alone? I promise I won't try to kill myself again." The mom nodded, walking out to find the doctor and his father.
Ryan returned to looking at the pill bottle, trying to remember when exactly he did take this. He was sure he never bought a bottle, or stole one. Could taking a whole bottle of anti-depressants even give him that whacked out dream? He sighed and set it back down. He'll have time to think about it.
The teenager got up out of bed. While he had some privacy, he might as well check his computer for any messages. He switched on the monitor before logging onto the furry site. Nope, no messages. However, there was a new journal on his page. After reading it, he sighed heavily and deleted it, "I need to get out more," he whispered to himself before going to join his parents. This is what it read:
"I'm sick and tired of the evil and good being at war. This mind is just non-stop conflict. So, I tricked the evil into taking my body while I took the good's body and made it look like he had over-dosed on anti-depressants so he didn't have to try to explain anything to his parents. Good thing there was an empty bottle of them lying out in the front yard. I hope it goes well."
Yeah, if you don't get the ending, I apologize for that non-stop x.x I don't even know why I decided to end it in a way like this, it's so cliche and idiotic. However, Micro/Macro Relation will be so much better! Go read it! The black wolfie commands it! D:<
