Noddins ins an anthro g1 My Little Pony, naturally a quadroped to whom clothing is little more than a fashion statement so even in her anthroform she doesn't see it as a nessesary. Betsy and Michelle just like wearing clothing, to some degree anyways, often it's just a top or skirt or something. Both of Jenna's parents wear clothing so she also likes to wear it (though she often goes without).
