The type of pen that's my favorite is the: "Zig Memory System" Writer. It has two ends, 0.5mm and 1.2mm.
I used the 0.5mm size for this drawing. The technique I use involves going over my pencil/sketch lines once-over, and then once I erase, I'll go over the lines a second time to enhance the line quality.
