and my facial hair grows real high, like under my eyes I get facial hair...Immma furr bearing mammal!! I got hair like, everywhere!

lol, warm is actually the word you are looking for..well ok I don't get too warm, but really, having facial hair is itchy and you get really dry skin, like dandruff on your face..and it get in your hair!

I can grow an awesome beard, the problem is, my hair is brown-ish blonde, and my facial hair is white-blonde... I dunno.

I once went without shaving for over 6 months without a real shave, just minor touch ups every now and again and couldn't grow a real beard. I just grow this scraggly thing.
