Drawn while on vacation in Tortola after I'd been reading The Black Wing, a really awesome Dragonlance book. It rekindled my love of Dragonlance and made me want to draw a more nonmorphic Anima. I obviously failed here, but I'm going to work on it. He can transform into full dragon form when he wants, I just don't draw it as much as his anthro form. He's bigger than in this image, I was just fucking around.
