That's always a good thing to hear.
There's three versions of the ending, depending on how you played. Did you get the textbox I used for the submission file? If so, try again with the ring instead of the lockpick and look for the secret level in the stomach. The axe gives the shortest version of the ending, but makes the game the fastest.

When wearing the ring, go to the stomach acid as though you were going to fill one of your bottles with it. Select the option "go swimming". This takes you to the heart, where you fight the optional boss. That is what changes the ending.
If you use the lockpicks, it adds the textbox used as the submission file to the end of the credits.

If you're equipped with any of the weapons, you should be able to beat it. Just cast Armor once, I don't remember if regular Kidney Stone ignores defense, and heal anytime you're down to 10-20 HP. Did you realize that you can equip the lockpick or the Ham-Ham Ring to your weapon slot? One of my testers didn't,
I've got some ideas for making one where you play as Aine and go around eating the enemies. I'm actually working on remaking this one to a version with no nudity or scat and better cutscene graphics. My backdrop person (who did the credits picture used for this screenshot) hasn't gotten back to me with redrawing any yet.
Do those files include NO EAT.RPG and NO EAT.EXE? If so, opening the executable should start the game. If you're having trouble with the layout of the page it's uploaded to, to the right of the screenshot should be underlined text "Download: 1.42 MB", which will include the relevant files. Unzip them into a folder and play it.
(Reading the .txt included first might be a good idea, as some have been a little confused at the less obvious controls and mechanics of the game.)

Went through it (pun intended?) with the axe with nominal ease. Tried with the lockpicks this time. Finding myself completely at a stalemate with a tapeworm. My punch only does 1 damage, and I've used up all my spell points. I can use pray to (sometimes) get 1 more spell point, and use it to cast Flash, my only damaging attack. It does ~27 damage, but the tapeworm seems to be healing 25+ damage twice every turn, rendering all the damage pointless.
The lockpicks can also be equipped as a weapon, they're just weaker than the axe, they'll do a lot more damage that punching.
Flash isn't supposed to be damaging, it's a stun attack. That ~27 it displays is how long the monster is stunned for, unless something's malfunctioning.
And if you really have no options against an enemy that can kill it, there's no shame in running from a battle now and then (it's a feature many games of this genre primarily for this reason, not for avoiding the weak enemies when level-grinding). Last time I checked, tapeworms weren't inescapable.
Defeating tapeworms when you take the Ring might be a little harder though, since it packs even less of a punch than the Lockpick.

In some of my games I use the new option they have of making it a battle command and disabling the ESC Key having that function (this does reduce the potential movepool of each character who runs by 24 though, which in some games can actually be meaningful. NO EAT is a very minimalist game, and that's part of its charm).

Two reasons:
The first is to tease the audience with the best-drawn picture in the game (provided by my friend Fuzeblu/Veradigm) to make them want to play it in order to see the uncensored version, tame though it may be.
The second reason is to make the advertisement thumbnail for my porn contest game both visually appealing and valid for marking General and thus broadening my potential audience. This also shows a pretty good example of my style of writing and the sense of humor used throughout the game.

The main point of that fight was to be tedious so you more appreciate getting a weapon immediately afterward, but I apparently forgot to make it immune to Disrupt Undead. Tendo is a white mage so he mostly fights defensively, but Disrupt is a powerful attack spell.
The intended way to fight was to open up with casting Shield and Armor, then casting Heal anytime your HP fell below like 40% or so, then drinking a bottle of saliva when you run out of MP for Heal (it restores HP and MP)...but because of one thing I forgot for the initial release, you can apparently just cast Disrupt once or twice and win easily.
