Im not entirly sure i did so hot on this one but it gives a better idea for the details in his face...now if i only knew how to cg super badass and shit. Around the collar are spouts where exaust and flames shoot out hot and white where as the rest of his body is normaly a red burning flame.

i cant seem to think up good redesigns for the last 3..electman, cutman, and ice man..elect man was badass to begin with and is still one of megaman's deadliest foes. He was considered the pinacle of power among the other robot masters and in raw power surpasses megaman and protoman. His lack of skill is what got him killed tho.
