I went into depression over trying to keep everyone happy. I got therapy, and learned some things. What a burden to please everyone, ain't it? Not only with your issues to deal with, but everybody else's too? I couldn't deal with it because no one can. Also, in dealing with everyone else's problems you don't take care of your own.

Best thing to do, be yourself. If that isn't enough for people, then they aren't very good friends
