If you have the means, next time whip out a tripod and try to extend that shutter speed to at least a few seconds. Use a neutral density filter, polarizer + tiny aperture, etc. It would really give this shot a sense a elegant dynamism. Nice location.

Oh yes, absolutely. I had my tripod with me at the time, but sadly no ND filters. Though I just acquired some a month or so ago. So whenever I'm back over in CT again, I'll certainly be going out and trying this shot over again. This is actually an HDR, since most long-exposure shots tended to end with the sky far too washed-out. Regardless, that's the advantage of going back there again and again: I get to keep trying new things with old perspectives. ^^
