You could add a little girl/boy in her cleavage. Not just because lolcleavage, but it would give a sense of scale.
Again, not saying the lack of scale ruins it by any means, but just havin' her kind of makes me think I'd casually meet her on the street and just notice how her boobs are huge, not look up as my city explodes and realize that I'm being crushed by boobs.
