Been screwing with HDR again. Starting to remember why I abandoned it.
This place used to be awesome, but then some dickhole kicked the door down that was formerly welded shut and thus a great d-bag deterrent. Sad face.

Once I was exploring an old school building, real amazing architecture but definitely showing its age.
Found an auditorium, had a nice cast beam of light on one of the seats, I decided to get on the stage and photograph outward. It was dark, so the exposure was set to 40 seconds. While I was waiting for the exposure to finish, a heavy wind kicked up that I could head shaking the ceiling - seconds into the shot, a large chunk of ceiling fell not 6 feet from me. Crazy stuff.
Aside from that, I actually did nail my head on a rusty pipe at this depicted power station. I'd been neglectful of my tetanus shots so it was a mad dash to the hospital for a quick immunization after that. Gash on my head bled steadily for a couple hours, something to do with blood vessels being heavily collected on the forehead. Fun fun!

Hey well you learn something every day! Guess I should be wearing some metal plating on my forehead here on out. Kudos on literally putting your blood, and most likely sweat and tears (as I imagine it can get hot or dusty in those areas, if not crying and sweating mid-run from the flesh wound) into your artwork!
