Here we have what will most likely be another WIP, as i firmly believe that at least one more layer of charcoal would be extremely beneficial, but i seem to be experiencing a slight shortage of hairspray, and will have to wait.
Wow, i feel pathetic admitting i use hairspray to seal my work... I am a definate believer in cheap art materials. I remember having a conversation with another artist who asked me what type of pencil i preferred and i glared at her resentfully and said "the yellow kind". i like to make my tools work for me instead of being forced to work for them. Instead of feeling obligated to use certain thicknesses of graphite for different lines, special erasers for papers, smudge sticks for charcoal, I'd rather fake it and go with whatever turns out.
Not to insult those of you who are aquainted with such materials, of course. Frankly, what it really all boils down to is, i severely lack your patience...
But enough of my life story... i believe i wanted this to be a leopard, but it is now a tigey, to the best of my perception.
Growl.
