Your drawing is off. He is leaning against the donkeys side and is not sitting on the donkeys back but you have the persons foot in the air having his weight supported by nothing. Either his weight needs to be on the donkeys back or supported by standing on his own feet.
Since I know nothing of this foke tail. I was wondering why the donkey looks like he is mad or has an evil look.

I know it looks some kinda strange but i saw this a bit too late (when it was quite finished) and i just wanted too finish this...

maybe I put a stone there so he stands on something AND leans against the donkey or fix it some other way
The donkey has that evil look just because he isn't the funny type ^^ (its based on that story but is not exactly the same)
