This is Tikki and Victor. They were created many many.. many years ago when I was really into Tale Spin and making spin off characters, themes and stories. My little group was the Dingolian Explorers. Tikki, I made into Don Karnage's half sister, who ran away from home to join him as an air pirate. He eventually threw her out of the Iron Vulture, much like he did to Kit Cloudkicker, and she was caught by Victor who was flying to Cape Suzette with two other recently appointed explorers Sonya and Ricky (not pictured). Long story short, Victor somehow got the King of Dingolia to pardon her pirate days, but only if she'd join the appointed group. It was sorta like community service. Wasn't easy work for a once-was pirate, but they managed. Anyhooo, it had been years since I drew them and wanted to give it a shot.
