This was an actual conversation with my rich neighbor from the city who only bought that house to stay there a few weeks out of the year. One thing I never could stand is someone owning 5 houses and never living in them when there are so many people in the world without a home. It doesn't do much good for our opinion of them when they act like we don't know anything for living in the country either.

Me too! Unfortunately we live too close to many cars and they make a lot of noise now that the leaves are down and there are a lot of idiots with guns back here. But I did hear two big owls last night! I went out and tried to get as close to their tree as I could. ^_^

We don't have any evidence, just an assumption. The police did go around one year because someone reported them for shooting. I didn't live here at the time, but I guess the idiots on the other side told them they didn't hear anything.

*high fives* You are so right. I can't stand those kind of people. I intend to own two homes one day, but that's because the second home will be the home my grandparents live in, but can't afford, and I grew up there. It would break my heart to see it leave the family, and it's on the most gorgeous land ever <3 I intend to stay there at least a month out of the year if not more, but it all depends on what life is like by then. I love that house, and the sounds of the world <3
It is definitely good to keep the house in the family. It would be a shame if some stranger comes along and builds a gas rig or develop the land like they are doing here. You might be able to rent a house or something though. Myself, I want to live on a sailboat. ^_^
