If you download SAI painter it has a slowing mechanism that smooths line art. I'd recommend torrenting it but its only like 30 bucks if you dont wanna be a chump like me

If you want better lines, Chizbizz had my idea of using Paint Tool SAI. Neato lines can be made with the smoother it has.
