They're talking about Margret by the way, this was before she was born.
My friend and I were talking about how Margret and Charles probably treat and get treated by the other villains as family. In case you're wondering, Penguin DID let Riddler be the Godfather...if only to shut him up (the kids call him 'Uncle Riddle' anyway so it doesn't matter).
I know the Mad Hatter was taller in the cartoon (which is what I'm going by for design purposes) but in the comics he's usually drawn really short...and that's the version I like best.

If you really think in depth about this whole little sub-universe I made up, you'll find that a LOT of the material has a slightly disturbing addition to it...especially since I like to think of these characters with aspects from both the cartoon AND the comics...
