Omega has now gone into the final base form he can enter...what you are seeing is magnified 1000 times it's original size..omega is in a viral state...in loosing everything..the only way to get rid of the pain is to fully give into his machine half...in doing so it becomes logical that all organics are filthy and wasteful...this lifeform must be irradicated...the best way is a disease. It uses biological hacking to attach to the nerves and then controling the brain..once in control of the brain it shuts down everything...this results in an instantanious death. All it needs is contact with a nerve..so it can come in contact with skin and then death. There is no cure save EMP...unfortunatly it adapts, multiplies, and such. The only protection is hasmat suits...which they will have to stay in for possibly their entire lives...starvation, the disease and other such things will kill off organics..and because it does not need air..it can survive in the vaccum of space and thus the spread will go to other planets...only by finding all the super computers that controls it will the virus go down..but they are all well hidden and it jams all scanners trying to find it...the future is bleak for all organic life..soon the universe will be as sterile as boiling water...however this is not a future that will happen but if certian tramatic events take place...it will come to pass.

yes and no...you can destroy it with a huge electromagentic pulse which mind you requires alot of energy, and no because the supercomputer makes more..and it multiplies rapidly...so as far as destrying it..that is to assume that you are nowhere around the virus at the time, as far as finding it, well it would be impossbile to detect an airborne particle unless you have a filter..but that filter would not even consume 1% of the entire population of the virus.
I see... Then finding the supercomputer would be difficult and it would take a long time if it's so well-hidden. That complicates things quite a bit. But if attacking the virus isn't an option is it possible that a shield of some sort could be created? Like some type of energy barrier that would push the virus back and keep it at a distance? I plasma sphere for example, that could be activated in one spot and then expand outward pushing it away and enveloping a large area in a full sphere to serve as protection?
organics are viewed by machines as wasteful even in the smallest aspects, destructive, corrupt, innefficient and inferior in design...therefore to discontinue their downward plot towards self destruction and thus wasting the resources with it, the machine promotes an instant death to all organics..even down to the single celled organisims...by the time it is over, the universe would be so sterile that not even a single germ can survive.

As kind of a joke, or goofy thought, I could see some kind of scientist or astronomer or whatever in an observatory looking at stars and other planets though a huge telescope that magnifies a image like x1600 and the guy looking around just sees one of those thing float by the lens and he's like "Ahh! WTF!?" and he falls out of the chair he's in.
