Well now, this lovely fella comes from the furry superhero RPG setting I am putting together and running with some close friends IRL. This is the Butcher, also known as the boogeyman to little children in so many terrible fairy tales. He terrorized a district in Kingdom City so badly that what was once known as the borough of Clydesdale forever after came to be known as the 'Butcher's Borough'. As you can well imagine, he's not a nice guy at all...

I also am playing him as a villain in City of Heroes/Villains on the Virtue server. So, if you are there and notice the Butcher ('Butcher of Astoria' in CoV) roaming about, come say hi. Heh heh.
