SupaikuShikokuF4L showed me a pic on FA that was a blue husky dancingunder some rave lazer light show. Could I do something simular for his character? Sure!I really enjoyed doing this colorful badge...I got to use my Neon Bright pencils...which I hardly every get a chance to do! It doesn't glow in the black light...but it ought to!
