I hate it when teachers start giving homework…It means I have to start paying attention in class, and I can’t waste time like this anymore D8
Just a snippet of the map with all the towns and landmarks and yada yada yada on it… Half the naming credit goes to
drachemetzger, who is a gracious person, and puts up with me asking “what about this? Does this sound ok? or this? does this even make sense? what should I do about this?”……..way more than any person should have too. She is literally the left side of my brain XD
Which is good, I need one of those o__o
The majority of the Kana landmark and town names came from Canadian native tribe words or names. Some of the Emeri/West Emeri names came from actual words or historical points. Anyone ever heard of Roanoke? Not the modern town, the colony. If not, go look it up, its pretty interesting >.> And any American out of the third grade should hopefully know the name Plymouth. Seriously.
Dotted lines equal roads, and if anyone more or less gets the bad joke surrounding the Emeri capital (that giant DOT right THERE)…..blame
drachemetzger, she begged it to be so.
And now class is starting, so I have to metaphorically button the lip. Pardon my ramblings. If the map looks familiar, it probably is, its based on a real (theoretical?) period in Earth's geological....geographical?.....SOME POINT IN HISTORY
If this seems interesting in the least, you can find more relative work at http://sargassos.tumblr.com/
