Step two - starting rough anatomy around the stickframe.
The how-to is kinda the same as step 1, you just learn to know how things are supposed to look. One thing that helps me sometimes is taking what I'm drawing, and either holding it up to a mirror, or laying it facedown on a light table. Especially with three-quarter view stuff.
