Okay, I'll start with this one. :)
To start, I'd like to say that overall this is an adorable piece and has a lot of potential.
I'll start with the anatomy. The arm on the left seems a little short; if an arm is in a relaxed position, the fingers will touch a little above the kneecap; hers would be more like mid-thigh. Both arms, in my opinion, could be thickened a little, since she's a bigger character.
Now onto the breasts; obviously the size is your choice, so I won't gripe about that. However, breasts of any size should curve around a chest cavity; the ones you've drawn seem a bit flat. To illustrate, I've made this: http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/.....ygurl521/1.jpg
Lastly, unless she's stepping on her own feet, her legs are curved in a bit much; when you make a gesture of the body, draw the entire body and crop it to your composition afterwards to ensure balance.
As a technical tip, I adore the "fuzzy" style of her hair on the left size, and would suggest using that same feel on the tail and other half of the hair.
Overall, great piece! :D
