My goodness this is an wonderful picture, thank you kindly. I really like the attention to detail that you have put into this like you do with many of your works especially with cityscapes. Those books too, so many books I can read them all day and night, especially looking at some of those titles. The colour and shading is very nice and you caught Draconder's tone just right, very earthy and warm just like him.
This is a great picture and well worth the wait. I look forward to seeing what you will do in the future. Now, if you excuse me I am about to read to this city The Belgariad by David Eddings.
Thank you very much!

Awesome! he looks really really cool. hes one phenomenally GIGANTIC dragon, but hes also a very nice one too. hes such an awesome dragon. its really nice of him to share his literal MASSIVE collection of books with the city. kinda feel sorry for them when the got to get up and head out for work lol. i just want to know where these books where made. maybe you should take a page out of his book and feed your brain instead of your stomach, even though it looks like he feeds that plenty too lol. awesome job :)
How to serve Pokémon... how to serve Digimon... how to serve platypus... how to serve pidgeon... how to serve echidna... how to serve unicorn... oh, here it is, how to serve bear!
*snatches, flips pages* Hmm, "feed pancakes and waffles, pie, cookies and pies until it resembles Figure 2"
*looks at Fanimal* You got about another ton to go, dude... don't worry about it.
*throws book over his shoulder on the stack*

Now I know what this illustration reminds me of! I have several calendars with the surreal optical illusions of Rob Gonsalves, and your picture looks like it was designed by him! Many of the stacked books resemble the buildings of a busy metropolis (in other parts of the image). Absolutely beautiful rendering, dude!
