This image wasn't really meant to be an image of Aqell. His design was rather unfinished, but the more i looked at this, the more it seemed to fit him. The only difference would be Aqell has boney plates growing off his back, I may edit that into this.

Aqell was my main roleplaying character back in my neopets days oh years ago... and he was my most developed character so though I no longer roleplay, I enjoy creating his image now and then.
