Ever since I saw a series of musical cartoons called The Jungle Show, I've been fascinated by a slinky, sophisticated cat character called Jessica. I've been hitting on her for ideas, and this is one of the nicest. At times I've been candid about the character's orgina, other times I've covered it up by renaming her "Kitty LaBoom", who I see as a nightclub owner.

Ah, nearly forgot to mention the work was done with colour pencils (or pencil crayons, whichever you prefer). It took very little tweaking in Photoshop after scanning.
