Well, I've got two:

This is Limeberry Splash, she's an Earth pony that lives in Manehatten with her parents (Citrus Berry and Pepperberry). Her and her parents run the Sweetberry Splash Cafe, the Manehatten equivalent to Sugarcube Corner. Her cutiemark (half a lime and half a strawberry stuck together to the backdrop of blue and yellow) was earned when she discovered she had quite a knack for creating new flavors for not just the drinks the cafe serves, but for any sort of food.
She's cousins with Applejack and their history is... sordid. Limeberry was actually adopted just before Applejack came to Manehatten to stay with Aunt and Uncle Orange, and instantly attached to Applejack when they came to visit the new addition to the family.
...Let's just say they've got... quite a past.

Black Dahlia, currently my main ponysona. She's a pegasus who can no longer fly; her pilot feathers were torn out and the wounds cauterized shut so they would not grow back. She's an investigative reporter from Salt Lick City, scouted to Ponyville to check out a gruesome string of murders occurring right after the Grand Galloping Gala (this is pre-FiM). When she delved a little too deep, she was caught and brutalized by the murderers, which resulted in long-lasting scars, her wings being disabled, and her cutiemark being flayed off and destroyed.
