Yes, the commands to the left of the screen are the things he can do. Some stuff has requirements.
Computer- Must have some sort of chair and a stable flat surface or another computer/electronic device. Lets him use the laptop/device.
Open- Lets Yuu open anything that is openable and interact with the insides and contents
Craft Multitool- Lets Yuu use his crochet hook/needle and yarn/threads. It can change shape into either a hook or a needle depending on what he has to do. It can be used to make stuff or just to whack and stab something.
