She was feeling tired and run down when she stumbled across a strange machine at the back of the local arcade.

It offered to boost her energy levels for a few coins.
"Why not." she thought "What's the worst that can happen?"

To her surprise it actually worked. But errors had crept into the old machines workings. Energy flowed quickly into the young woman.

She stepped away from the machine feeling amazing and glowing with energy, but gradually changing into something else.
