Never have the chance to talk with him. 
Athus was one of my favorite dragon artist. The only thing I did was watching him, faving tons of his artworks. To my surprise, he noticed me, and watched me in return. That was my honor, to be watched by such a great artist.
I can have drawn him earlier, at the beginning of this year. I was planning drawing all my dragon watchers in a group shot, and Athus was among them. Thank to my shyness and laziness, I can't make myself brave enough to ask others to draw them. Now it's a bit too late.
Thank you Athus, for inspiring me in drawing. Now I can draw my digital arts, though they're still not perfect. I know you can see this, because you're still in my "Watched by" list.

The news of what happened hit me like a sledgehammer- I was so torn up that i didn't eat for a few days- but when I saw just how many people he touched, just like me, and I thought about where he is now... I felt better knowing he's out there, watching us... waiting for us all on the other side. Seeing pictures like this, little bits of tribute in his name- I don't feel quite so alone anymore.
