I made this buster sword for a anime event I went to in San Jose. Yes its steal with the handle it's 5ft 4inch long. I made the blade out of sheet metal so it's hollow but it still ways around 25 pounds.

ya I just wanted to make something different from the norm usualy prop sword this sixe are mad out of cardboard or wood wraped in duct tape to give the appearance of metal. That and I'm a metal fabricatore so I was the fastes way to make one in the amount of time I hade before the event
I know I'm late to getting to this reply. I found it through clicking on a comment you made I think on someone else's pic. The pic was related to swords but I can't remember which pic it was. Maybe it was a pic by Dark Story. Well anyway one link leads to another and it's odd where you might end up.
