Elektro is a very colorful character i did...kind of? well Elektro is very cunning and devious. Great friends with Mitsumi. Elektro's gender is unknown since its name is a guy's, looks like a girl, acts both a female and male and can chnage it's voice to female to male in an instant. Elektro selfconcious about its gender so he/she rather leave it a mystery.The only one that knows his REAL gender is Mitsumi. She wont tell the gender to anyone because she made a promise to Elektro.
