i think its fan art. she no alcoholic of my knowledge(the show being for 8 year olds...) but its fan art cause of that one seen of seeing her licking her lips looking at the drinks on the table ^^' so ya i think its fan art :3 cause it wouldn't make sense any other way(my friend told me she was a drunk and he does more stuff by looking up these guys....)
