Halloween Nail Art - Smashing Pumpkins.
This is a very simple manicure, perfect for Halloween c: You only need some bright orange base nail polish and then Essences' black cracking top coat. I found out it looks best if you apply two coats of the orange polish before you put on the top coat. I don't have a clear top coat to finish it off right here, but I figure it will probably look better - and last longer - if you apply one coat of it as well.
