Just a bit of a sketch thing I did when talking with my friend. Was about the fifth generation Pokemon and I was telling how I would change it to make it better. I had this idea for a Pokemon ever since the third generation, and I have been predicting it ever since... But it hasn't come along so I figured I'd show everyone. Enjoy. XD

Other: Specific color comination. Blue + Red = Purple.

I think it's a viable Pokemon and I don't really know why they didn't do it.
