Ugh tired... no idea as to the why (almost midnight) but I blame the heat...

So This is Gemni, a Little Brother to Rush, they both escaped from the same place but were separated (*Ticks the two check boxes on standard hero license*) This guy has amnesia. Like a Hardcore amnesia. He has no memories of the past at all, no faint reminiscent of the past, no sudden flashes from seeing something. His scar had come from his 'Training' when he was young (so he doesn't remember it) His eye can't move anymore due to the damage that was done, tho he can still see out of it (emotions anyways) He put on his eye patch when it was mentioned his eye looked creepy and he overheard, tho he didn't like the patch at first, he decided to put a flower on it to make himself look more appealing.
Very Young, very ready n able, and not a bit of shyness to him. ... and is Rather blunt at times.

Originally he was intended to team up with another NPC but i noticed after going over it again that it was already teamed up and started feeling like it'd be awkward to ask that this guy be included for practically no reason at all... I liked how it came out and think his story may have a connection somewhere... just gotta find the right place to stick him.
