NG+ means "New Game +" which lets you start the game over at your current level, current equipment and everything but everything in the game is about 400-500% harder

such an awesome game, can't wait for the multiplayer servers to balance out after a while.

Yeah he won't show up for me. I run around on the bridge just to aggro him and make sure he's there, then I run up the tower and he's not there anymore... I've heard a hundred different reasons as to why, but most of them say that I have to make it further in the game before I can see him from the tower.
