XD ah, ghosts. Screwing with physics all the time.
I mean, in the anime they couldn't collide with anything, but in the games, they can still be punched, bitten, and so on. I guess that wooden pole was grass-type. [*cough*unintentionalwoodhammer*cough*]
Or that this comic goes by he theory that ghost pokemon aren't completely ethereal - which I approve off completely. XD
THAT ASIDE...
I kinda like the ear crooked. Yet another way to display differentiation without changing the pokemon beyond recognition.
Liking the comic quite a lot, your art style really fits it. ^_^

I go with the theory that ghosts can choose to be ethereal (and they ARE actual spirits of dead humans) but in battle they choose not to to be fair. Normal/Fighting attacks still won't work on them without Foresight and so on, though. I RARELY ever go by anime logic because of its inconsistency...
I like the ear crooked too, although having it straight was a somewhat pleasant change because it was easier to draw.
