Okay, I am proud of this, but then not so proud at the same time. I don't like the concept of referencing screenshots. I only drew this one again because I found an old drawing of it dated to the 27th of September 2001.
LOL at the old one--> http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/.....ol_ancient.jpg Got to love how I changed the beaks because I couldn't get them right then. And the lack of shading is funny too. Well, I was only 14.
Now, 10 years later I make this one. Uh, I sure hope I've improved since then. I drew this with a killer migraine, so please excuse if there's white spots, or sections missed in the colouring.
WIP of quick sketch --> http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/.....ashi/WIP02.jpg
I did draw this, it's not traced. Compare it to the original and you'll see how rubbish mine actually is --> http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/.....i/PDVD_563.jpg
That's all. Back to normal drawing then.

Thank you! I spent quite awhile shading this one, trying not to over do it and take that clay quality away from them. I love how the Aardman style is unique, with the close together eyes and the typical 'banana mouth'. It's thanks to Chicken Run that I became interested in sculpting. I do sculpt, I just never show them.
Wallace and Gromit is awesome! :D

If you haven't seen Creature Comforts (same studio or animation people, I think) then you really must find them. They are awesome. XD They take people from the streets and interview them, then transform them into animals through claymation and.. it's amazing how the voices match perfectly with the animals. XD Their personalities are just... flawless.

Thanks so much for compliment! I've watched this movie so many times, and this is one of the little scenes that always stood out to me *hug* I did eventually take a screenshot of the original scene to use as a reference so I could get all the background details as close as I can ^_^
