Deimos doesn't understand the concept of personal space. He's small, and therefor uses intimidation to try and get his points across. Wrath is a regular sized charr, but he's fidgety and easy to push around. So that's who Deimos targets most, since he's easy to boss around and it makes him feel superior.
Deimos is a bit eccentric about insisting the traveling trio of once lone charr is a warband, as he's insecure about not being in one after he was kicked out of his own.

The biggest of the three, Kindle, has been dubbed "Grumble Bittergrouch" by Deimos, due to his denial and insistence that they are in fact, NOT a warband, and never will be.
Deimos feels differently, and wants to make sure Wrath sides with him.

I don't think he understands that his intense closeness is making Wrath rather nervous, in the "he's almost kissing me O AO" sort of way.
