So, a few weeks ago, I got a chance to visit the beautiful Green Gables house in California (based on the famous Green Gables from Anne of the Green Gables), and in the back at the bottom of a long staircase is a really old Greek-styled swimming pool. No longer in use for various reasons, it still makes for a gorgeous view. This was a combination of my photography and fooling around with the tools in the Snapseed photography app. The result is probably one of the nicest pictures I've ever taken. And I hope this doesn't make me sound pretentious, but the picture really does look a lot nicer in black and white. Whoda thunk it, right?
Oh, and there are fish in the pool too. Big ones.
Green Gables is the property of… really, I can't remember. Some garden preservation society.
