Here's a new ferret character I designed, done in my Peach Fuzz-style. It took a minute to return to the cute bubbly style of my Peach Fuzz series (http://jaredandlindsay.com/comics-peachfuzz.html), but after some warm up sketching, it came back to me. So fun to do! Cel style coloring is also a joy.
He's based on The Vogue Ferret's real life ferret, Percy (http://www.thevogueferret.com/). A sable like Peach, she would probably like the charming fellow (look out, Edwin, there's competition)!

It's... it's not. :( I would love more than anything to do a Peach Fuzz volume 4. The story we had planned for it would have been so adorable and fun. Unfortunately, it's not possible currently, as Tokyopop shares half the copyright and I can't do a V.4 without their permission. But I'm hoping to eventually be able to get back the rights and continue the series (and reprint the first three books).
In the meantime, I'm planning a big reboot for my current series, The Last of the Polar Bears http://www.lastpolarbears.com/ Coming up in a few months. Stay tuned. :)
