Ohhh banana how I love you

I made cookies tonight

banana cookies
ingredients
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup softened butter
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 ripe banana's mashed

1 combine flour, salt and soda in small bowl and set aside
2 beat together butter, sugars, banana, and vanilla until creamy
3 mix in eggs
4 gradually mix in flour until well blended
5 using a small ice cream scoop set on ungreased baking sheet

bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes. I found 10 and a half work for me. they are done when just starting to brown around the edges. Once the cookies come out of the oven the will still be soft. Let them cool completely before removing them from the tray
