This is absolutely beautiful! The city lights are awesome, you did a very wonderful background, we could imagine that they are on a boat on a river in a big city. There are even silhouettes along the edge of the river! ^^ The small designs things around the characters, the elaborate patterns gives a very nice touch, and Randy and Tam looks so awesome too! You did a very nice job on them, I love their looks, how they're holding paws, how Tam is listening to whatever her beloved squirrel is saying, and how Randy is chatting away happily. I absolutely adore the sparkling effect you did on the jewel on Tam's ears, her dress design is fantastic, and their tails looks so fluffy! ^^

I'll only be nitpicky on two things: Tam's eyes are slitted, like a cat, and the underside of her tail should be white like her belly is. That's all that needs tweaking.
