A new character of mine, this is Ishia, a kirin, and the adoptive daughter of Bahamut and Cit.

She lived in the area known as 'the Far East', a large continent in Eternal Saga; second largest next to the mainland, in the northern lands where they are more like the eastern countries like Japan, China and Korea.

She was a little girl, her mother had died shortly after her birth and she doesn't know what happened to her father, since she was taken away from him at a young age. She was captive to a group of 'samurai' (they called themselves that, they were more like thugs withs words in reality), and she she ran off from them when they threatened to 'test their swords' on her (in ancient Japan, before there were laws governing who could actually be called samurai, most samurai could randomly choose anyone to 'test their swords on' which translated into randomly lopping off various parts of their body to test a swords edge) and ran into Bahamut and Cit. They protected her and dealt with the thugs and went to take her home, only to find that her father had been killed searching for her.
She had no other family and they didn't want to just leave her alone, so they decided to take her in as their own.
She actually got along with the other kids in their large family, being trained by all of them, especially the kirin Kono (Cit's kirin character), where she learned to fight with various weapons.

I wanted to make her a bit more unique, so I had trouble deciding her colors, but I decided on a silver look for her, tried to get a jade look for her scales and something a bit 'bluer' for her horn and hooves. The red for her mane and tail fluff I felt accented her well. The clothing color actually I wanted to reflect both Bahamut and Cit, so purple and blue worked out well.

I obviously did a lot of research while I was working on her, especially on her outfit, had to look up reference pictures for the hakuma pants and the rest of the outfit, as well as looking up random tidbits to flesh out her character. I'm still trying to decide on a main weapon for her, not sure what to give her yet.

Like the picture of my Death Mask Bangaa, the emblem in the corner represents her 'clan', which in this case would be Zenethia, Bahamut's kingdom, only this isn't very well drawn, so I may edit it somewhat.
